Services and Rates

I offer psychotherapy for adults, teens and couples. I am trained in EMDR and have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and sexual issues. When working with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

My regular fee is $125, and I can work on a sliding scale as needed, depending on your financial situation and the number of sliding scale spots available. In addition, I currently accept the following insurance plans:
